FINOVEX Capital Protection Security that can be verified.
Security is not only a promise. It is a structure made of documentation, the insurer's identity, a collective policy, digital controls and information the investor can consult.
FINOVEX Capital Protection was designed to add an insurance layer to the FINOVEX investment, linking eligible investors to a collective policy and making it possible to follow the main information about the protection directly in the ecosystem.
The insurer, the policy number, the policyholder, the term, the jurisdiction and the insurer's register appear in the documentation when the collective policy is issued. This page does not publish logos, names, numbers or dates before then.

Common questions
Questions about capital protection.
The answers describe the structure of the protection. For the full set, see the frequently asked questions.
Can my contribution be insured in full?
When the policy so provides, the full amount of the eligible contribution may correspond to the participant's individual insured capital, subject to the covered events and the other conditions of the contract. That correspondence has not been published yet.
Is it collective insurance?
The protection is designed as a collective policy, with adhesion rules and insured capital for eligible participants. The policy has not been issued in this publication.
How do I check the insured capital?
When adhesion is active, the information stays in the authenticated FINOVEX area, together with the cover documentation.
Who pays an indemnity if one is due?
Insurance responsibility lies with the insurer identified in the policy, under the conditions of the contract. FINOVEX does not assume that duty by reason of its commercial-register entry.
Does the cover include returns?
Only amounts expressly included in the sum insured are covered. If the policy protects only the contribution capital, returns are not part of that sum.
Can I read the policy?
The cover documentation will be available to participants according to the structure of the product. In this publication, the collective policy has not been issued.
