When the cover needs to be triggered.
If an event provided for in the collective policy occurs, the investor starts the process through the channels defined for the cover: communication, documentation, assessment and a decision according to the policy.

The path of a claim
From the eligibility check to follow-up of the decision. Also see the review statuses and the evidence accepted.
-
Check eligibility
Compare the date and the address of the incident with the term and the policy declaration. Then check whether the event is provided for in the contract version linked to the purchase and whether the time limits allow the claim to be notified.
-
Open the claim
In your account, enter the date of the incident, the network, what happened and the amount requested. Review the draft before sending it: creating it lets you prepare the report, but it does not yet start the review.
-
Send the evidence
Relate the report to the evidence required in the contract: transactions, public references, documents or notes. Send the files through the authenticated area. Storage is encrypted, and consulting the documents requires authorisation and is recorded.
-
Follow the review and the decision
Follow the timeline after submission. If information is requested, check what is missing and the applicable time limit before you reply. The decision may approve or deny the request; an approval is still distinct from confirmation of payment.
Each stage of the review, in view.
Find the status shown in your account and see who carries out the next stage. The table separates preparation, review, decision and payment so that you can tell when you need to respond and when you should follow a confirmation.
| Status | Who moves it | Where it can go | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rascunho | You | Submitted, or cancelled | Review the details and the evidence before sending it for review. |
| Enviado | You open it; the review takes over | Under review, or cancelled | The request has been sent to the team; follow the change to review and the messages in the account. |
| Em análise | Authorised operator | More information, approved or denied | The team examines the contract, the report and the evidence. Approving or denying the request requires dual approval. |
| Mais informações | You reply | Returns to review, or cancelled | Read the information requested and reply within the time limit that applies to the cover so that the request returns to review. |
| Aprovado | Operator + second approver | Payment pending | The approved amount is distinct from the net amount payable. The excess recorded for the claim is deducted from that amount, with a minimum net payment of zero. |
| Pagamento pendente | Operator + second approver | Paid | This status does not yet amount to a completed payment. |
| Pago | — | Completed | Payment is confirmed only after the corresponding receipt is recorded. |
| Negado | — | Completed | The decision records the reason. A new request is a new claim, not an appeal. |
| Cancelado | You | Completed | Available while the claim has not entered a decision. |
Approving, denying and paying require two-step verification by the person who decides and a second approver distinct from the person who proposed the action. Both approvals are recorded with the decision.
The evidence accepted
Use the four types below to document what happened. They serve complementary purposes; the contract defines which ones are required for the event and how the request will be reviewed.
-
Transaction hash
Enter the identifier and the network to locate the transaction related to the incident. Explain how it relates to what happened; the record of a transaction, on its own, does not prove every cover criterion.
-
Address or public reference
Indicate the address, the contract or the official publication related to the event. The reference helps locate the context and check the origin of the information.
-
Document
Attach the statement, the communication or the receipt required to support the request. The document is encrypted in storage, and each authorised consultation is recorded.
-
Written note
Describe the sequence of events and indicate which piece of evidence each point refers to. The note organises the report; whether it is sufficient depends on the requirements of the contract.
Evidence is sent through the authenticated area, never through this site or a public channel. No legitimate review asks for a private key, a recovery phrase or a two-factor code.

A question about a claim?
If you already have a policy, follow-up is in the authenticated area. If you do not yet have one, the whole process is described above and the frequently asked questions cover the most common cases.
Consulting this site does not create cover. Protection applies to the covered events and to the conditions of the collective policy.
